Combine the following ingredients in a blender and mix for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until desired consistency:
- 2 1/2 cups of frozen mango chunks
- 1 1/2 cups low fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Juice from a 1/2 lime
