mango smoothiePerfect as a breakfast smoothie, post workout snack or tasty treat for the kids!

Combine the following ingredients  in a blender and mix for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until desired consistency:

  • 2 1/2 cups of frozen mango chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Juice from a 1/2 lime
