Black Bean and Corn Salsa – a Healthy Crowd Pleaser
Black bean and corn salsa is easy to make, easy to take and perfect for any summer get together. It’s a great no bake recipe; use it as an appetizer or on top of grilled chicken as a tasty main course.
1 small Can black beans; drained
1 small Can corn; drained
1 small Can Ro-tel tomatoes; drained
1/2 Green or Red pepper (I use red); diced
1/2 Onion; diced
1/3 cup Italian dressing made from seasoning packet
3 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Chili powder
Serve Black Bean and Corn Salsa with tortilla chips or over grilled chicken.
