All you need is a curb or a step and you can incorporate this mini circuit into your outside fitness workout. Fall is the perfect time to up your exercise intensity. Remember to stay hydrated and after you warm up for a few minutes do this routine.

Walk for 10 minutes then stop and do the following
10 step ups on the curb
20 jumping jacks
10 squats
20 jumping jacks
10 lunges
10 step ups on the curb

Repeat 3 to 6 times
Stretch and Cool Down
