Static Lunges on a Step
Lunges are an all time favorite exercise for your legs, thighs and glutes – add a step and a barbell and you are on your way to looking and feeling fantastic in your skinny jeans and every outfit. Holding the barbell on the same side as your leading leg places more emphasis on that leg and also helps to improve your coordination and balance. Keep it simple by using a low step; make it a challenge by adding 10 low, pulse lunges at the end of your normal repetitions. Remember to keep your feet hips distance apart for the most stability.
