Leg Lifts on a Bosu
Leg lifts not only shape and tone your thighs but are a ‘Great for Walking’ exercise because they strengthen your largest quad muscle as well as the smaller muscles called your hip flexors. Your hip flexors help to propel your leg forward when you take a step. Performing leg lifts on a Bosu makes it more challenging by adding core stability. Beginners, do this exercise for the first couple of times on the floor and work up to using the Bosu. Make it more challenging and do the leg lifts with ankle weights. As always form is key!
