Grilling Kabobs …
Summertime Means Grilling Time!

Ingredients:
Chicken
Cherry Tomatoes
Red Onions cut into 2″ cubes
Green Peppers cut into 2″ cubes
Medium Mushrooms

Directions:
Using a skewer, alternate chicken with veggies
Lightly coat with olive oil
Grill 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked, turning occasionally

Substitute:
Use steak, beef or shrimp instead of chicken

Helpful Hint:
If using wooden skewers soak in water for 15 to 30 minutes to avoid charring
