9 Moves, 3 Rounds of Cardio in the Beach Fitness Circuit

Beach Fitness CircuitHere’s how the Beach Fitness Circuit works. First warm up with an easy walk or dynamic moves for 5 to 8 minutes. Select your cardio activity; either sprinting or jogging. In each cardio round you will sprint for 1 minute or jog for 2 minutes down the beach in the wet sand or knee deep water then turn around and sprint or jog back in the dry sand. Complete the entire Beach Fitness Circuit, rest for 1 minute and repeat 1 or 2 more times. Finally end with an easy cool down and stretch for 5 to 10 minutes.

Warm Up

10 – Push Ups
20 – Standard Crunches
30 – Jumping Jacks
Cardio Round #1

:30 rest and water break

10 – Inch Worms
20 – Leg Lifts
30 – Mountain Climbers
Cardio Round #2

:30 rest and water break

10 – Burpees or Squat Thrusts
20 – Dips
30 – Bicycle Crunches
Cardio Round #3

1:00 rest and water break

Repeat Beach Fitness Circuit 1 or 2 more times
End with Cool Down and Stretch
