½ cup blueberries
½ banana
3 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup crushed ice

Directions
Place your ingredients in the blender and blend well for 1 to 2 minutes. For added nutritional benefit add a 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds or protein powder.
